About Us

Located in the heart of our historic town of Sutter Creek, Spanish Street Gardens is rooted in more than a century of history. First planted by Cornish settlers, William and Elizabeth Wedge, their gardens reflected a love of traditional English garden flowers—especially daffodils—alongside roses, snowdrops, camellias, and other heirloom favorites.

Today, Matthew and Kelli Davis steward the property with care, restoring the gardens to their original beauty while growing flowers of uncommon quality and longevity...think traditional with a modern twist. Because how best to enjoy today than bringing in a bit of what was.

We invite you to bring a piece of this living history home—seasonal blooms, thoughtfully grown and meant to be enjoyed.
